2021 Business Tax Filing Deadlines & Due Dates

When are business taxes due in 2021?

Congress and the IRS keep moving the goal posts!  Here are the latest filing deadlines for 2021 business taxes. Assuming that your tax year ends December 31, 2020, your return due dates are:

S-Corporation (Form 1120s)

Due Date: March 15th, 2021, Federally declared disaster area (Oklahoma and Texas): June 15th, 2021

Partnership (Form 1065)

Original Due Date: March 15th, 2021,Federally declared disaster area (Oklahoma and Texas): June 15th, 2021

C-Corporations (Form 1120)

Original Due Date: April 15th, 2021,Federally declared disaster area (Oklahoma and Texas): June 15th, 2021

Sole Proprietor (Form 1040 Schedule C)

Original Due Date: April 15th, 2021, Extended Due Date: May 15th, 2021, Federally declared disaster area (Oklahoma and Texas): June 15th, 2021

The due date for income tax payments has also been extended for residents of Oklahoma and Texas to June 15th.  All others have been extended to May 15th, including estimates and payroll taxes (forms 941 and 940).
